Smile probly a noob question please help


I just installed ubuntu and apache2 , dolphin and all that dolphin 7 states i need to on a desktop. it seems to work on that desktop fine.
when i try to see the website on the web it wont pull up the index.php but if i put //ipadress/phpmyadmin ( this works)

also if i type //ipadress/index.html it bring up my temp page. I need to get my //ipadress/index.php working im sure its a noob setting please help

cause of your post i found out my httpd.conf

cause of your post i found out my httpd.conf was empty. Does any one know what should be in there?

I realy lost on this problem

I can see PHPmyadmin from the intenet but i cant open a index.php (boonex dolphin 7)
I also made a info.php and it is able to be seen from the internet.
All files are able to be seen from Ubuntu firefox desktop that they are installed on.
Please help at wits end....
