Problems with the installation of open-mpi


i'm trying to install open-mpi 1.10.2 'cause i wanna have the prallel environment in my computer but when i run the ./cofiguref it stop and show "configure: error: in `/home/luis/Escritorio/openmpi-1.10.2':
configure: error: C++ preprocessor "/lib/cpp" fails sanity check"

i'm in a linux 17.3 "rosa"

Somebody could help me, thank you

What is the further output?

A sanity check indicates the gcc can't find libraries it requires to execute your command
