It does indeed say I am root!

Linpus Lite is weird. It seems to bubble wrap and protect the user from changing anything, and as default only gives limited options of what you can do on this shoddy and very limited GUI.

If someone knows that program which allowed me to browse Files, the internet and network samba shares, I might be able to work around the weirdness. It definitely began with a 'K' and maybe had some 'o's, 'u's, 'n's and possibly 'd's in the name. I have looked through every single menu I can find, and I can't find it anywhere, and can't remember what it's called. I opened it up from terminal before by typing the name of it.

I don't know much about it, but people seem to be talking about "xfce-setting-show" in the terminal to enable some more features. Perhaps worth trying?
