Problems with bootable cd

Ok i am burned all the files from fc4-i386-disc1 and now have all these files on my burned disc,

Fedora (folder)
images (folder)
isolinux (folder)
.discinfo
autorun
eula.txt
gpl
readme
readme-accessibility
release-notes
rpm-gpg-key
rpm-gpg-key-beta
rpm-gpg-key-fedora
rpm-gpg-key-fedora-rawhide
rpm-gpg-key-fedora-test
rpm-gpg-key-rawhide
trans.tbl

Now all that is burned but when i put it into cd rom (which i changed in bios to be first boot) it just runs then stops and goes back to windows. is there something else i should be burning or did i do all that right?

Burn Process

Ok well i am using nero to burn, i went and did file, burn image, selected the iso to burn, selected the d: and clicked write, it burned fine and even shows up if i put the cd in the d:, but it wont' boot up to anything, so here is better layout what i did

1) file
2) burn image
3) selected the .iso
4) click write
5) rebooted with cd in drive (got error not bootable)

I even downloaded some boot tools so i make sure it goes to the d: to read and nothing else, but it still don't seem to boot, even after 3 diff burns.

perhaps the image is corrupt.
download your .iso again.
ironically, i just had this same issue with the first of the four .iso's for FC4.
frustrating, but downloading the first image again did the trick.
