naveen.cardoza LQ Newbie Registered: Sep 2009 Posts: 1 Rep:	problems to insall tar.zp files of lammps software in ubuntu Hai I am absolutely new to Ubuntu. I have downloaded a physics software called "lammps" which is tar.zp file. I am having problems in installing it. Could anyone guide me step by step please. naveen
