problems reading pdf


im running redhat in a dual boot configuration with xp. the size of my swap partion is 513mb, i have 512 system ram. and a amd 2000xp processor.

as mightiliy impressed with linnux as i am i cant learn anything without being able to read the pdf from redhat.com. When i try to open it in the default viewer i only see a blank page ?

any ideas please ?

is it opening with xpdf?

i tried opening it with ggv and xpdf. Strangely enough when i tried it this morning with xpdf it worked perfectly - but thanks anyway.

also the reason why i mentioned the size of the swap size was because opening programs like ggv or xpdf or openoffice caused real slow downs but that seems to not be a problem now.

Get adobe acroread except if you are a GPL priest.Thats about a million times better than ggv or xpdf.
