Unhappy problem with wireshark patch again !!

hii
i have already posted this problem earlier but was not successful in solving the problem after repeated trials
i am studying mesh networking 802.11s using ns-3 model ,the pcap i generate after the simulation requires to be studied and for that i need wireshark.
But wireshark requires a patch since it does not understand mesh packets.
I also tried the latest version of wireshark 1.6.2 but the bug has not yet been fixed.
I now have wireshark1.3.2 along with the patch mesh-support.
Please tell me how to patch it?? i am at a complete loss to understand how to do it..i would appreciate any help

Thanks a lot !!
Regards
