Problem with valgrind on sabayon 10

Hi everybody i'm trying to use valgrind for memcheck but when launch it in terminal i got this message:

==11525== Memcheck, a memory error detector
==11525== Copyright (C) 2002-2012, and GNU GPL'd, by Julian Seward et al.
==11525== Using Valgrind-3.8.1 and LibVEX; rerun with -h for copyright info
==11525== Command: ./facturation
==11525==

valgrind: Fatal error at startup: a function redirection
valgrind: which is mandatory for this platform-tool combination
valgrind: cannot be set up. Details of the redirection are:
valgrind:
valgrind: A must-be-redirected function
valgrind: whose name matches the pattern: strlen
valgrind: in an object with soname matching: ld-linux-x86-64.so.2
valgrind: was not found whilst processing
valgrind: symbols from the object with soname: ld-linux-x86-64.so.2
valgrind:
valgrind: Possible fixes: (1, short term): install glibc's debuginfo
valgrind: package on this machine. (2, longer term): ask the packagers
valgrind: for your Linux distribution to please in future ship a non-
valgrind: stripped ld.so (or whatever the dynamic linker .so is called)
valgrind: that exports the above-named function using the standard
valgrind: calling conventions for this platform. The package you need
valgrind: to install for fix (1) is called
valgrind:
valgrind: On Debian, Ubuntu: libc6-dbg
valgrind: On SuSE, openSuSE, Fedora, RHEL: glibc-debuginfo
valgrind:
valgrind: Cannot continue -- exiting now. Sorry.

Can i have your help please!!!!

You need to compile your system with debug info. If you use emerge/portage, then this will be done using the "splitdebug" FEATURE (in make.conf) and -g in your cflags.

Thanks for your answer. i think it's already configured like you say. Please check below what i have in my "make.conf".

# Compiler stuff
GRAPHITE="-floop-interchange -ftree-loop-distribution -floop-strip-mine -floop-block"
# Only enable Graphite via package.env
CFLAGS="-O2 -march=x86-64 -pipe" # -ftree-vectorize ${GRAPHITE}"
CHOST="x86_64-pc-linux-gnu"
CXXFLAGS="${CFLAGS}"
LDFLAGS="-Wl,-O1 -Wl,--as-needed"
MAKEOPTS="-j16 -s"

# Portage stuff
ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64"
FEATURES="ccache parallel-fetch protect-owned splitdebug"
CCACHE_SIZE="2G"
CCACHE_DIR="/var/ccache"

I see in many forums that i have to install "glibc-debuginfo" but i don't find this package.
