Problem with Suse 9 and Win2k

Alright I loaded Windows 2000 pro. (NTFS) then took partition magic 8 and set up a ext3 partition. When I start the install of Suse it says it can't read the partition. I have done this exact same thing on my laptop and it worked. Why is it not working on my desktop?

Forget Partition Magic, let SuSE create the ext3 partition.
Hopefully, it will work better.

Hi,

from SUSE setup, try to partition your hd manually. It should be very easy, only few mouse clicks

If it does not work, can you post, exact message (from SUSE Setup) what is SUSE complaining about.
