Problem with slax
 

Ok, I get this error when bootingslax.
First errors say "linux unknown terminal type"
then it says "hdc error" "sequence number bytes 33434"
and it keep outputting that.
I let it run for about 15 seconds then I retry.
I look at all the output.
Another thing i've noticed it said "no new kernal found"
is that why this error occur.
It also said something about moduels.
Not being there.
Those are the more important one's i've noticed.
everything else booted fine.
I did at one of time get an "auto hardware dection" error but that booted just fine.
Help please.

I'm running a compaq pc.
