Problem with sendmail


Hi
I am trying to setup sendmail service for my bugzilla server...

installed and configured sendmail service.
Here I am able to send mails with telnet <mysite> 25 successfully...

But When I try to send mails with sendmail -v <mymailid> the mails are not getting delivered to the destination id...

Following is the transcript:

Note: I don't have a DNS configured in my machine...

---bug is my machine name and 152..87 is my machine ip...

I am sure that the configuration is not correct...Can any one please figure out where I am going wrong...
