Problem with RAID

Hi, I'm getting error when I'm trying to create RAID on my virtual CentOS.

Lab setup:
CentOS 6.3 client with 4 SATA disks running on VirtualBox

Here's what I do:
1. Creating partitions on /dev/sdb, /dev/sdc, /dec/sdd disks with fdisk, partition type is linux raid auto
2. partprobe
3. trying to create RAID
mdadm -Cv /dev/md0 --level=5 -n3 /dev/sdb1 /dev/sdc1 /dev/sdd1
...but getting error
mdadm: layout defaults to left-symmetric
mdadm: layout defaults to left-symmetric
mdadm: super1.x cannot open /dev/sdb1: Device or resource busy
mdadm: ddf: Cannot use /dev/sdb1: Device or resource busy
mdadm: Cannot use /dev/sdb1: It is busy
mdadm: cannot open /dev/sdb1: Device or resource busy

disks are not mounted anywhere!
can you help me with this?

Msgs mean what they say; something is already using that partition.
Try fuser or lsof, possibly you've got it as your current dir/disk.
You need to check that nothing is using it eg try umount to make sure.
