Problem with Mozilla in Red Hat 9
Ok, I got this problem with Mozilla. Whenever it loads, the only thing that appears is a grey window. At times, it doesn't load at all!
I don't know what happened. the only thing I did was boot RH9. I saw an option called Add/Remove Programs and had a thought: If I removed the Internet tools and re-installed them will it work? There is also the option of uninstalling just Mozilla using the rpm command. My questions are: Is there a way to find out which program to remove, i.e. find which Mozilla version you have, remove it and install a newer version? Thank you v. much! BTW, I managed to make RH9 identify NTFS partitions! Thank you people! I couldn't have done it without your help! :) |
Easy:
download mozilla firebird; unpack it inside your home dir; cd MozillaFirebird --->./MozillaFirebird With it you can access internet with a good an light browser Then you can resolve whta to do with the another ver Good luck :D |
I actually uninstalled and re-installed Mozilla from the Add/Remove programms option. It works fine now.
Thanks for the help! :) |
