problem with lilo...L 9A error


boot="/dev/hda1"

theres my .conf file - i had it workin for a second, but then it screwed up again

it was also asking for me to change video modes

is there a line that i can add to set a mode to automatically load...i want my tux back in the upper left hand corner

if i changed hda1 to hda in the boot line, would that make a difference?

Yes. That will write lilo to the MBR.
