erm. sorry for talking with myself.

in case anyone has the same problems:

this seems a debian specific problem. I upgraded the package "kernel-package" to unstable and now i am able to compile my kernel with it
(i was trying to compile without make-kpkg and it gave no error so i installed the new package)...

seems to work now. still compiling :-)

hmm well retried it again today. it doesnt seem to have anything todo with reinstalling make-kpkg.

more with make-kpkg clean. if i will use this command before i am compiling it wont work and will raise the error.

then i have to do a simple make -j 5 and cancel compiling... then restart make-kpkg again and it will work.

maybe a bug i guess.
