Problem with ISA Server (NTLM Auth)

Hi all,

I have been using linux for quite sometime without problems but recently my college decided to switch to a ISA Proxy server and is using NTLM Auth. This has made software updates and installs very slow (~ 1KBPS) but my downloads through axel are still fast (100's of KBPS) using NTLMAPS. Is there any other way around this? Is there any way i get the url's of packages and dependencies so that i can download it from windows?

Thanks in advance....

PS - Using ubuntu 9.10 alpha 5... But the problem exists in 8.10 and 9.04 also...
