Unhappy Problem with CUPS

Hello,

I am trying to install a new configuration tool call brightq on Redhat 9 but unable to connect to the CUPS server. I get the error:
Unable to connect to CUPS server, Check options.
In options I have localhost as arever with port 631. I also tried to put the root name and password, I still get the same problem.

Please help!!!
