You need to redo the touch-exercise, this time with /dev/sda5 mounted only on /mnt/datos
Also, before mounting, change permissions on /mnt/datos to 755 (rwxr-xr-x)! Without execute permission on a directory you can't descend into it.
And use another filename or delete that "atest" file first, your user will not be allowed to overwrite a file created by root.

Now I really wonder what's going on, I'm very confused!

I used the folder Music instead of Documentos (because I don't have a Documentos folder there).
BUT!
drwxr-xr-x 3 cheluna cheluna 4096 mar 8 03:30 Documentos
That is a directory and owned by cheluna. "Music" does not exist - but you can write to Music as root???
SORRY!!! It was my mistake!!! I did it wrongly! Now I fixed and edited the post (Nº10), whith the ls -l output. The other output was from my /home directory. Sorry again!!

Okey, here it is. I added the df, so you can see I only have mounted /mnt/datos and changed the permissions:

Code:
cheluna@cheluna-Aspire-5734Z:~$ sudo umount /media/datos

cheluna@cheluna-Aspire-5734Z:~$ sudo chmod 755 /mnt/datos

cheluna@cheluna-Aspire-5734Z:~$ sudo mount /dev/sda5 /mnt/datos

cheluna@cheluna-Aspire-5734Z:~$ df
df: «/root/.gvfs»: Permiso denegado
S.ficheros 1K-bloques Usados Disponibles Uso% Montado en
/dev/sda2 86510976 16088016 66028416 20% /
udev 1506304 4 1506300 1% /dev
tmpfs 605436 876 604560 1% /run
none 5120 0 5120 0% /run/lock
none 1513588 376 1513212 1% /run/shm
/dev/sda3 96121612 61516576 29722248 68% /home
/dev/sda5 124741548 91134744 27270292 77% /mnt/datos

cheluna@cheluna-Aspire-5734Z:~$ touch /mnt/datos/Music/atest
touch: no se puede efectuar `touch' sobre «/mnt/datos/Music/atest»: Permiso denegado

cheluna@cheluna-Aspire-5734Z:~$ sudo touch /mnt/datos/Music/atest

cheluna@cheluna-Aspire-5734Z:~$ lsattr /mnt
--------------- /mnt/datos

@Pingu, no worry anymore. I've copied the files that needed to be backup(ed?) and changed the permissions once they were copied. So now I have everything backup(ed?) and I'll just install another distro and reformat everything. I'm done with this mess and all this strange files.
Big big big thanks to you for all your help and support!!
All the best!
