problem while installing a soft in kubuntu
 
i have tried to install a software to play mp3 file in kubuntu named
"RHYTHMBOX". i am getting an error message.What is the reason?

I want to know how to play .avi files?

What is the difference between kubuntu and ubuntu?

How are you trying to install it? And what error message?

Many ways. I'd say install mplayer and smplayer as a front-end.
