Angry problem when restore cloned image


i'm facing a problem restoring a cloned dual boot image(XPSP3+OpenSuse 11.1)which was made by ACRONIS 10 to identical CPU'S with different& Similar Hard disks ,the Linux doesn't boot and keep looking for the master hard disk which the image was taken from.I went through repairing the boot process& it succeeded but i want a permanent solution for this problem as i do image about 50 PC'S every 3 months.
1-BootloaderGRUB 2.6.27.7-9) 2-Master HDD SAMSUNG 3-Restore HDD Samsung,WD&Maxtor.
