Please write clearly, your question is very hard to follow.
If you're trying to get an initial build of Oracle Enterprise loaded on that hardware, and you're having problems, I suggest you contact Oracle. You're paying for their support, and they can help you.
Smart start is an HP product, and I doubt it will be of any use in this case. Put the Oracle Enterprise CD in, and boot from it.
