problem to boot thin client

I want to boot several diskless PC from a server, using Slackware 10.2 for server and thinstation 2 for clients.
So I made some changes, here they are:

inetd.conf
Code:
tftp dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/tcpd in.tftpd -vvv -l -s /home/tftpboot
bootps dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/dhcp eth0
dhcp.conf
Code:
ddns-update-style none;
default-lease-time 7200;
max-lease-time 7200;

allow booting;
allow bootp;

option subnet-mask 255.255.255.0;
option broadcast-address 172.16.0.255;
option domain-name "ichigo.dom";
option root-path "/home/tftpboot";
filename "pxelinux.0";

subnet 172.16.0.0 netmask 255.255.255.0{
   option subnet-mask 255.255.255.0;
   range dynamic-bootp 172.16.0.10 172.16.0.15;
   filename "pxelinux.0";
}
I've created the directory /home/tftpboot, compiled thistation and put all there was said to tftpboot dir. The NIC supports PXE and is ok.
But all i get is:

Code:
CLIENT MAC ADDR: 00 0D 87 64 21 7A GUID: FFFFFFFF-FFFF-FFFF-FFFF-FFFFFFFFFFFF
CLIENT IP: 172.16.0.13 MASK: 255.255.255.0 DHCP IP: 172.16.0.1
PXE-E32: TFTP open timeout
What's wrong?

Here is the content of /var/log/syslog
Code:
...
in.tftpd [13201]: too many -s directories
inetd[4076]: /usr/sbin/tcpd: exit status 0x40
in /var/log/messages there are no tftp messages
