Reason: Masked e-mail address
First thing, it's not urgent for LQ at all, so please do not demand any urgency, but use some appropriate subject line so more volunteer can visit your question and provide solutions.
Also explain your problem little more, which mail client you're using and how/where did you check smtp port no.? Is everything ok on firewall. Are mail services running ok. Are you getting any error(s)....

Moderator note: please use a descriptive title for your thread excluding words like 'urgent' or 'help'. Using a proper title makes it easier for members to help you. This thread has been reported for title modification. Please do not add replies that address the thread title. Moreover - following the advice by TroN-0074 - I've edited your post to mask the actual e-mail address.
Thanks for the advice, as I'm not much familiar with the things around here. But still can you guys help me with fixing the issue. I am using Qmail, when I try to telnet to my smtp port via the terminal I am not getting any results and I saw my smtp service is not running in Plesk. But I am able to send mails.
