Problem on connection between Intranet and DMZ

I have set up a firewall today in the office. It has 3 subnet.
1. 210.x.x.x (Real IP)
2. 10.x.x.x (Intranet)
3. 172.x.x.x (DMZ)

I had try to ping 172.x.x.x from the firewall and it is work.
But if I use a MS Workstation running on 10.x.x.x subnet to ping 172.x.x.x, then it becomes "Request timed out".

I really don't know what's wrong with that?

hey there,

what IP address does your firewall have?
why would you want to ping something in the DMZ from within your secure intranet network?

give some better descriptions of your set up and i may be able to help
