Problem - Newley installed Fedora Core not loading

Hi
I have newly installed Fedora Core on my PC and it will not start up.
The computer itself will start normally then get past BIOS start up etc but I do not get to the Fedora startup screen, instead I get -
Verifying Pool Data ....................

What can I do to fix this and start up normally.
Thanks

Although you do not provide much information, sounds to me like it is freezing while checking the ftp.pool site to set the time for your timezone, and maybe there is an internet problem causing this jam-up.
During installation you may have been asked whether to use Hardware clock settings (computer bios clock setting) or ftp.pool site settings to set your clock, and there is a problem with the ftp.pool selection.

I'm no expert but I base my assumptions on those last three words you supplied.
