Problem installing DreamLinux 3.5

Hi All,

Anyone have luck installing Dreamlinux 3.5 from the downloaded and burnt to CD .iso file?

After a dozen downloads and failed attempts, I could use some help.

I get to see yards of installation instructions scrolling down my screen and suddenly the monitor goes blank. That's all I get.

Thanks much

Does the system crash when the screen goes blank (check for Numlock or Capslock led response)? Did you try waiting for a few minutes to check if the system gets back up?
If it crashes, then you need to disable some startup services - try using safe boot option in the boot menu.

Any particular reason to presevere with Dreamlinux, 12 times over? Try another distro.
