Problem in installing Linux Fedora core 4 in intel 915 GV chipset

I have a system running on P4,2.8 Ghz,HT on a i915 GV chipset motherboard with a 256 MB ram.I tried to install Fedora core 4 but I met with a problem,the cd has problems on detecting the kernels,please
help me out(the same cd has successfully installed Linux on a system with same configuration but an i845 GVSR chipset)

What kind of problems? What error messages does it give you? Have you tried passing different options to the installer (if applicable)? Without giving the exact error messages it's a lot harder to guess at what the cause might be.
