problem in installing flundom3 plugin in Fedora9 x86-64

During installation of flundo rpm the following error msg is comes.

It looks like all the files you're having problems with are python files. Do you have python on your computer?

Yum is a python program.

@ ajitkumarmishra : May be you can tell the full
package name of " flundom3 plugin rpm " ?
Are you trying to install with # yum install <package>
or is it a downloaded package ? ?

Dear sir I am very new in linux. I am not sure what what is python. I only installed fedora 9 x86-64 dvd. Flundo is downloaded from flundo side the full name of flundo file is "fluendo-codecs-mp3-7-1.x86_64".

Try with these commands in a terminal window :

1) su
2) rpm -Uvh fluendo-........

Please fill out with the complete package name, I'm sure
'fluendo-codecs-mp3-7-1.x86_64' isn't the full name ? ?
... suffix .rpm ?

rpm -Uvh fluendo*.rpm

also add rpmfusion to your yum repositories

#yum update
#yum upgrade
#yum install fluendo*

Avoid using rpm directly

But no 'fluendo*' available ?
Just try # 'yum search fluendo' ( or 'flu' )

And I never found it necessary to do # yum upgrade
( unless you want 600 packages ? )
