Welcome to LQ.

"Command not found" : Solution → → $ sudo apt-get install xgraph

"Nothing to plot" :
Please read http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/tutorial/nsscript4.html
... about creating output files for Xgraph.

* More about creating files for Xgraph :

Quote:
when i type xgraph
The command 'xgraph' cannot stand alone.
The Xgraph window will open only with : $ xgraph <plot-file>
Xgraph help : $ xgraph --help

The Xgraph manual http://www.linuxcertif.com/man/1/xgraph/

← ref. #3.

Follow the links in post #2.

Read everything.
Download xgraph_ns2-files-tcl_11.2014.tar.gz, read the files.tcl .
Files with wireless in the name : wireless3-udp-Aska123.tcl, wireless-udp-1.tcl
There may be more "wireless", you will find out when reading all the files.
