Why dont you install guest using Virtual Machine Manager...Go to VMM through application and then click on NEW and complete the steps. Its quite easy procedure to go with as it accepts ISO image or DVD/CD so by the end you should be able to get virtual machine running.
But let me tell you that Xen version of FC6 is not stable enough for windows Operating System running as guest. You can have Linux OS with no error but i think its not stable enough for windows as i struglled 1 full month to get on with it but finally i had to change my distro to openSuSE10.2 which is quite stable and with no error i got windows on top of Xen..
So try it out and lemme knw if FC6 is working for you and if not think about openSuSE and also make sure you have more than 1GB RAM....

All the best with FC6

I guess you have checked ISO image option thats why its asking for the location you stored ISO image. Well there must be a option of installation via DVD/CD and ISO ...so check DVD/CD option and then it automatically reads the dvd..yeh you have to drop down the list to select that dvd from the list.

After you name your virtual machine, there comes a option to select fully virtualized or para virtualized. So select accordingly and click forward and then you get option of installing it via ISO or DVD....
so select dvd and now you can continue with your installation. Make sure you give aropund 400mb ram to your virtual machine in next steps...

Feel free to ask...
All the best...
