problem executing file

While I execute files within terminal all the time and rarely have a problem with it I just ran into this one file which wont execute and I can't figure out why. I just reinstalled to 64 bit Ubuntu and I can not figure out what went wrong. The files can be found here.
I unzipped the files into /home/tamoneya/.FAH/. Then in terminal I ran
Code:
tamoneya@ubuntu0:~$ cd .FAH/
tamoneya@ubuntu0:~/.FAH$ ls
fah6 mpiexec
tamoneya@ubuntu0:~/.FAH$ chmod +x fah6
tamoneya@ubuntu0:~/.FAH$ ./fah6
bash: ./fah6: No such file or directory
tamoneya@ubuntu0:~/.FAH$ chmod +x mpiexec
tamoneya@ubuntu0:~/.FAH$ ./fah6
bash: ./fah6: No such file or directory
tamoneya@ubuntu0:~/.FAH$ chmod 777 fah6
tamoneya@ubuntu0:~/.FAH$ chmod 777 mpiexec
tamoneya@ubuntu0:~/.FAH$ ./fah6
bash: ./fah6: No such file or directory
tamoneya@ubuntu0:~/.FAH$ ls -l
total 324
-rwxrwxrwx 1 tamoneya tamoneya 252196 2008-01-31 14:35 fah6
-rwxrwxrwx 1 tamoneya tamoneya 68492 2007-07-16 14:02 mpiexec
tamoneya@ubuntu0:~/.FAH$
I assume it is a permissions problem but im not positive. I have run the same program on a my laptop which is also Ubuntu 64 bit with no problems at all.
