when i choose install in graphic mode from boot and install CD the starting initialization stops on line:
hdd: recall_intr: status=0xd0 {Busy}
Whats wrong?

May I suggest that you get a newer version of Fedora Core (FC5) or another modern distro, rather than Redhat 9? RH9 is almost ancient history now. Fedora is the successor to Redhat 9.
It is possible that you have a hardware problem - or RH9 can't drive the device (4th IDE device) correctly. You will probably find that getting a newer distro will solve the problem.
