problem creating rpm

I'm trying to build a rpm for a program that I want to distribute. I used this command:
rpmbuild -ba rpmbuild/SPECS/SmartTagFix.spec
The rpm builds fine, but when I try to test it by installing on a "virgin" fedora install I get dependancy errors, even though all the require rpms are already installed:
#rpm -Uvh rpmbuild/RPMS/i386/SmartTagFix-0.1-1.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
libwx_gtk-2.4.so is needed by SmartTagFix-0.1-1
libwx_gtk-2.4.so(WXGTK_2.4) is needed by SmartTagFix-0.1-1
#rpm -ql wxGTK-2.4.2-3.fr
/usr/lib/libwx_gtk-2.4.so
/usr/lib/libwx_gtk-2.4.so.0
/usr/lib/libwx_gtk-2.4.so.0.1.1

anyone have any ideas?
