Problem connecting internet....
 

hello friends,

i have installed Fedora Core 1.... I m trying to accesses Internet through Fedora.... I am

able to connect to internet when I loging as root.... but when i login as another user it

donot connect to internet... a friend of mine told me that you can connect to internet

through root login and not with other login.... is it so???????

please tell me how to connect internet from a user other than root. Please help me....

how are you trying to connect?

Its the permissions thing. The user does not have permission to connect. You need to add the user to the group and change the permissions for the user.
