problem configuring sify broadband in fedora 9


I tried to configure sify broadband in fedora9
I am using supersify.
when I run the following command on terminal :
[root@localhost atulnsit]# ./ss.sh -u <myUsername> -p <myPassword>

i get the following things on the terminal :

and I am not being able to connect to internet through firefox. It given an error domain not found as if the page I am trying to connect does not exist.
I checked the ping and it is fine. Could somebdy plz explain the funda of Heartbeat and how to fix this problem to get the net working in it.

Did you check your nameservers? And ping worked for IP or domain? Check /etc/resolv.conf

And usually heartbeat is used in cluster thing in Linux, I can't understand what it means here
