problem after make install in OTCL and C++ linkage program

I am stuck with this error :

After make install:
getting error;

for d in /usr/local/man/man1; do \

if [ ! -d $d ]; then \

mkdir -p $d ;\

fi;\

done

/usr/bin/install -c -m 755 ns /usr/local/bin

/usr/bin/install: cannot remove `/usr/local/bin/ns': Permission denied

make: *** [install-ns] Error 1

I have gone through this solutions:

1. http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...193/page3.html

2. Next edit the makefile.ini file. It is found in otcl-1.13 folder inside the ns-allinone-2.34 folder. Open the makefile.ini file, and look for a line which says CC= @CC@ and change it to CC= gcc-4.3. Save and close the makefile.

but not getting any output.
Please let me know the solution.

That's an old post / thread. Things change :
Please tell which OS you are using, like Fedora 17-32bit, Ubuntu 12.04-32bit, etc.

2. Next edit the makefile.ini file.
There is no file like "makefile.ini".
Please describe what you are trying to do.

/usr/bin/install -c -m 644 ns.1 /usr/local/man/man1
This is a perfect result. Always looks like that.
Why do you think this is an error ? ?
If failed, the word error will appear.

I got out put for above query but with warning:

warning: no class variable Agent/TestAgentOtcl::var1_otcl

see tcl-object.tcl in tclcl for info about this warning.

warning: no class variable Agent/TestAgentOtcl::var2_otcl

trying to resolve this.

# 6.

A warning is not an error, but information.
What is the command used to get the "warning result" ?

And : So far you haven't actually told what you are doing ?
? OTCL and C++ linkage program ?
Please describe the changes that you made.
And a link to the site providing those changes, please.

Thanx for your reply.

I was trying to display value of two variables var1 and var2
and addition of two numbers 2000 and 4000.

I got out put but with warning:
warning: no class variable Agent/TestAgentOtcl::var1_otcl

see tcl-object.tcl in tclcl for info about this warning.

warning: no class variable Agent/TestAgentOtcl::var2_otcl

I was unable to resolve it.

# 8.

Please read post #6 : You have not answered the questions.
Which files were changed ? And which changes did you make in those files ?
Please show the changes in code tags. With line numbers.
? And where did you get the information about the changes ?

! The information/errors in posts #6, #8 tells very little,
unless you tell the full story !
