printing via printserver

I have a printserver connected to my router. When I send a print job from my linux laptop, it prints, but the job still persists on the print queue. Until it is manually flushed, the next job just sits there, pending. What am I doing wrong? FYI, I have a Linksys wireless printserver; even though it is wireless, I have connected it to the router by an ethernet cable.
Thanks for your help.

It does not seem to be a Linux issue. Your print server is not flushing the queue which has nothing to do with your Linux laptop.

Chaitanya,

If that is so, how do I make the printserver flush the job? My wireless printserver is a Linksys WPSM54G v1.1.
