Printing Speed
 

I got a HP DeskJet 600C and using the "gimp-print" driver on RedHat 7.3. It prints very well but slowly too. I've edited the driver options putting colors, Density and StpSaturations to the half they were. Now It prints using less ink (I guess so), but stills very slowly.

There is a way to setup this to print faster, like Guindows???

I need to give a try to others printer's driver?
