Printing - fine tuning - MM to PX conversion

Hi,

Is there a way to fine-tune printing from Mozilla or Konqueror?

When I print an image 100x100px from Mozilla it has a size of 28x28mm. If I do the same in Konqueror it comes out 30x30mm.

I have an application, which should convert input decimals into Pixels, namely, Millimeters to Pixels, and accurately print it. At the moment I am not quite sure about its accuracy.

My screen is 1024x786.
Original image is a circle 100x100px.
$width and $height are PHP variables, which I convert into pixels by multiplying it by 3.55 (at least, in my case 1mm seems to be equal to ca3.55px in Mozilla).

Any suggestions? Thanks.

How do you get photos, which ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO BE of a certain desired size be printed in that size, unless you spoil a pile of paper before you get one?

The problem is even worse: what if you have to print a few pictures on one page, and as you get one picture of the desired size, another gets too small or too big?

This is not Windows or Linux question, it's a printing issue, I know, but how do I tell my dear Mandrake to print correctly (Windows doesn't do it either).
