Printing 2 pages per sheet

Hi,

I have a printer that is capable of print multiple pages per sheet and also duplex. Its a HP 2300dn - I've setup the driver as Hp2300 - and this allows rme to print in duplex mode, however I dont seem to be able to find any option to let me print more than one page per side//sheet.

There appears to be separate commands to do this - however i was looking for a printer configuration I could change and avoid th ehassle of the intermediate step.

Any thoughts?

Since you don't say what printing system you're using, I'll assume cups. There is an option in the printer setup called N-up. You can read about it in the cups user manual, chapter 3 Standard Options, section N-up.
Basically, setting the nup option sets the number of pages per side of paper.
nup=1 one page per side
nup=2 two pages per side
nup=4 four pages per side
etc.
