Printer Woes

Before I begin:
- Yes, I have searched the forums
- Yes, I know that there are a few threads that discuss very similar problems
- And yes, I've tried everything I've read about, and that is why I'm posting this thread

I have a Samsung ML4500 Series attached to a machine running WindowsXP Pro on the same LAN segment as my Linux box running a full install of Slackware Linux 9.1. I am, for the most part using LISa through KDE to access my Windows Shares (which uses smbclient to do so). However, I've noticed that, either my printer share is on the Windows XP machine is not being detected, or only file shares are showing up in my Konquoror browser when I type smb://192.168.0.2 (which is the XP machine's IP).

Anyway, I fumbled my way through configuring and running CUPS on my machine, downloaded an ML4500 driver and installed it. Added the printer, and all of this seems to be working. However, when I click the "Start Printer" button in the ML450's CUPS web administration page. I get output that says "cli_session_request() failed..."
Is this a problem with my Samba configuration? Printer/addressing configuration?

Please help!

Thanks!
