Question printer drivers

Has anyone tried to configure a Lexmark Z54 USB printer?
I've tried several ways and none seem to work. I could use some help with this. Thanks a lot!

no dice

I have a Z54 and at the moment, there is no support that I have found for the Z54 - no factory support and no outside help. Unfortunately, the Z54 doesn't have a parallel so there's no workaround for that.

Hopefully there is someone who's working on it - depending on how ridiculously hard it may be to create a driver, I may attempt it.

Hopefully you've got another printer on hand ( I don't at the moment ) but from what I've heard HP's are usually a safe bet.

Sorry
