Print thumbnails

Can someone advise or point me in the right direction. I've got thumbnails I want to print out on one page with their filenames underneath. I'm attempting to do a tutorial with thumbnails and their filename is the wording. What program or method do I use to accomplish this? Thanks in advance...

if you have gThumb installed the open up a folder with it , select all then under tools select create index image
an example
1) open folder in gthumb
then select all and create index image
now you have a thumb with the name on it
like this
