Presario r3360 and builtin wireless card

I have a Compaq Presario R3360 and just install Mandrake Linux 10.0 on it. I am very new to Linux and needing help. Everything is working ok except the built in wireless card. Any one have a clue on how to get it to work? Or I also have a Air Prime 5220 CDMA card I am wanting to work on Linux also. Could any one please explain this website in 5 year old terms for me? ka9q.net/5220.html
