Hi


I have centos5.3 intalled on server , i installed and configured pptpd on this server i give 3 user to access the server through pptpd from outside the Lan, it work properly, but can it make my network unsecure as the pptp is continuosly running on server or any chance for hacking

Not sure why you're expecting a different answer here, than you were provided here:

You were told VERY explicitly, that OpenVPN is more secure than PPTP. It still is; doesn't get much simpler than that. Yes, you are more vulnerable with PPTP than you would be with OpenVPN, but anytime you open ANY port, you expose things to attack.
