Unhappy pptp problems...!?

root@skate root]# pptp-command start
Using interface ppp1
Connect: ppp1 <--> /dev/pts/4
Remote message: Welcome to ihtiman.cabelnet.net.
local IP address 212.21.136.102
remote IP address 192.168.0.1
Tunnel skate is active on ppp1. Local IP Address: 212.21.136.102
[root@skate root]#

ppp1 Link encap:Point-to-Point Protocol
inet addr:212.21.136.102 P-t-P:192.168.0.1 Mask:255.255.255.255
UP POINTOPOINT RUNNING NOARP MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1

TX packets:6 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:3
RX bytes:62 (62.0 b) TX bytes:68 (68.0 b)

[root@skate root]#

SIOCADDRT: Network is unreachable
[root@skate root]#

Why my remote IP address (P-t-P) is 192.168.0.1 when i make new tunnel i write for remote address that > 192.168.2.97? and why ppp1 changes my IP to 212.21.136.17 and not my 192.168.2.102 everytime it change it..
route: add default gw x.x.x.x dev ppp0
it shows me SIOCADDRT: Network is unreachable

I want to change remote IP address from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.2.97 when i add new tunnel i write 2.97 but later its 0.1 maybe on default....?
