Hello,

I want to allow my friend to "dial-up" to me. How can I do that?.He is using WinXP. What should I do so that :

a: he wont have to "open a terminal on connect"
b: he will have his own IP address ( ex. 192.168.0.2 :) )

I want to do that because we want to share files, but not by connecting to our ISP but by him connecting to me. We would share files using IRC. I already have IRCd ( UnrealIRCD) on my Slackware Box. I have tried this before but not on a Linux Box ( it was Windows 98).
