Post Postfix relayhost for Microsoft Exchange

I was using Postfix to send mails to gmail.com hosted Email I'ds. But now I have migrated from gmail.com to MS Exchange.

I was using "gmail.com" as my relay host in post fix and everything was working fine. No my mail server is not sending mails to my Email I'd which is now on MS exchange server.

What relay host i should use to make postfix working again.
