Question Postfix Rejecting Emails

My mail server is giving me problems. It can send emails but it rejects external mails. When I looked at Event Log Viewer, i saw the following and extracted it:

Feb 24 08:20:24 mtb postfix/smtpd[11849]: connect from mail-lpp01m010-f42.google.com[209.85.215.42]
Feb 24 08:20:27 mtb postfix/smtpd[11849]: setting up TLS connection from mail-lpp01m010-f42.google.com[209.85.215.42]
Feb 24 08:20:35 mtb postfix/smtpd[11849]: warning: network_biopair_interop: error reading 11 bytes from the network: Connection reset by peer
Feb 24 08:20:35 mtb postfix/smtpd[11849]: SSL_accept error from mail-lpp01m010-f42.google.com[209.85.215.42]: -1
Feb 24 08:20:35 mtb postfix/smtpd[11849]: lost connection after STARTTLS from mail-lpp01m010-f42.google.com[209.85.215.42]
Feb 24 08:20:35 mtb postfix/smtpd[11849]: disconnect from mail-lpp01m010-f42.google.com[209.85.215.42]

I then get a notification that email has been rejected by the receipient domain.

What are the possible causes of this issue

The option is set to:

smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_sasl_authenticated,permit_mynetworks,reject_unauth_destination

As per the logs, TLS is having issues.

May be you need to switch it off,
Check the parameters:
smtpd_enforce_tls
and
smtpd_tls_security_level

as per the official doc:
http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html
