postfix - mail log problem

I am using ubuntu. Postfix is installed on it.

My postfix log file is /var/log/mail.log

The problem is, it makes a five line entry in every minute in the file.

Code:
May 13 14:30:01 hostname postfix/pickup[10045]: 1FC00340C92: uid=0 from=<root>
May 13 14:30:01 hostname postfix/cleanup[10047]: 1FC00340C92: message-id=<20140513090001.1FC00340C92@hostname>
May 13 14:30:01 hostname postfix/qmgr[10046]: 1FC00340C92: from=<root@domain.com>, size=539, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
May 13 14:30:01 hostname postfix/local[10049]: 1FC00340C92: to=<root@domain.com>, orig_to=<root>, relay=local, delay=0.22, delays=0.14/0/0/0.08, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered to mailbox)
May 13 14:30:01 hostname postfix/qmgr[10046]: 1FC00340C92: removed
May 13 14:31:01 hostname postfix/pickup[10045]: 3970E340C92: uid=0 from=<root>
May 13 14:31:01 hostname postfix/cleanup[10047]: 3970E340C92: message-id=<20140513090101.3970E340C92@hostname>
May 13 14:31:01 hostname postfix/qmgr[10046]: 3970E340C92: from=<root@domain.com>, size=539, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
May 13 14:31:01 hostname postfix/local[10049]: 3970E340C92: to=<root@domain.com>, orig_to=<root>, relay=local, delay=0.26, delays=0.18/0/0/0.08, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered to mailbox)
May 13 14:31:01 hostname postfix/qmgr[10046]: 3970E340C92: removed
The mail has not been sent but still it makes the entry in every minute. I do not want this entry in the file. If I have to see the real sent mail data, it is not easy because of these entries.

Please help me to prevent logging these entries in the log file.

Thanks.

Check your crons, if any cron is set to run after every minute and it is sending mails.

See if a script with loop is running in which sleep time is 60 and it is sending mails.
